What/who is SeaSound?
Behind the camera :
SeaSound is a media company based in Chicago
founded by Guilherme bonatto

i’m originally from
espirito santo, brazil,
and i’ve always been
into creating...
working with media for over
13 years.
"i care about
details, but i
also try not to
take things
too seriously.
Spontaneity is Precious and I'm always in the mood to try
new ideas."
there’s something about
finishing a project and seeing it come together that never gets old. even without anyone seeing it, i still enjoy just sitting back and appreciating the outcome.
i guide all of my clients, even the most experienced ones... you don't have to worry about not having the modeling gene. but i do love to let things happen naturally... the goal is to keep it spontaneous while still feeling intentional.
everything i do is self taught... This entire website, for example.
i learned by trying things out,
messing up, and slowly figuring out what feels right.
I chose not to pursue academic accomplishments, instead, i navigated through life learning as much as i could on my own time.
music is at the center of everything I do. it shaped how I Plan visuals, The editing, and how to tell better stories. that same knowledge is applied to every project... Filming, a photo session, or a full concept.

The name
SeaSound
comes from my roots near the ocean in Brazil and the way music drives my work as a chicago-based photographer, videographer, and storyteller.
I try my best to subtly highlight this artistic identity in my projects, from weddings and events to motherhood and lifestyle sessions across chicagoland.
